1. Delivery
Once payment is received orders will normally be dispatched according to the chosen delivery option. If the product is not in stock we will contact you immediately to advise you and give you the option of accepting a later delivery or cancelling the order, in which case a full refund will be made.
2. Delivery Charges
Please Note: At this time we are only shipping to UK customers.
Your order will be delivered by DHL and will require to be signed for on delivery. The cost of delivery is:
£6.14 next day DHL
£4.89 2 day DHL
3. Returns
We will accept return of any unused item, returned in its original packing for a full product refund providing we are advised within 7 days of receipt of the item. Return details will be included with the DHL package on arrival. Returns will be handled by DHL.
